In this role you will lead the strategic planning cycle, translate insights into actionable initiatives, and monitor performance against strategic objectives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Board, executives, and external partners, to set priorities, allocate resources, and drive measurable impact across programs and services that strengthen member value, employer engagement, and the vitality of Singapore's business ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in strategy development, strong analytical capability, and outstanding communication skills. You will thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment, managing multiple strategic initiatives with competing deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity to influence a respected professional body and contribute to Singapore's professional landscape.

Key focus areas include strategic formulation, governance and reporting to the Board, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership across cross-functional teams.

  • Establish and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, risk indicators, and governance processes to track progress and impact.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives, program governance, and cross-functional project delivery across ISCA's portfolio.
  • Enhance stakeholder engagement with members, employers, regulators, and industry partners to inform strategy and broaden influence.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field; MBA or an advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or leadership roles within professional bodies or non-profits.
  • Strong analytical, numeric, and storytelling abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior executives and boards.
  • Experience with strategy frameworks, governance, performance management, and change management.
