The Valiram Group is seeking a proactive Supervisor/Assistant Store Manager to shepherd a high‑performing team in a premium airport retail environment. You will blend hands‑on leadership with brand storytelling to deliver an unforgettable guest experience in a luxury beauty and fragrance store.
As the store leader, you will drive sales through guest engagement and effective merchandising, ensure inventory integrity, and uphold Rituals' standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. You will collaborate with the brand team, manage schedules, coach your sales team, and report key metrics to stakeholders. This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and a passion for developing people.

Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations at KLIA, ensuring a flawless guest journey from entry to checkout.
- Drive sales by implementing brand campaigns, promotions, and upsell opportunities while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, build lasting client relationships, and mentor a high‑performing sales team.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and shrink control; coordinate receiving, transfers, and stocktakes.
- Train, coach, and develop staff, schedule shifts, conduct performance conversations, and recognize top performers.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across the store.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular sales and operations reports for store management and Rituals brand partners.
- Ensure compliance with The Valiram Group policies, security, and health & safety protocols; support loss prevention initiatives.
Qualification
- 2-3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury, beauty, or airport retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and team‑building skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities; proficient with POS systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays; ability to stand for long periods.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Multilingual abilities (English and Malay; additional languages are a plus).
