In this role, you will work closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to align material plans with demand forecasts, manage inventory health, and optimize packaging and transport routes. You will develop dashboards and KPI reports to monitor performance against service levels, stock turns, order fill rate, and cost-to-serve, and present insights to leadership to influence strategic decisions.
Key tools include ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, advanced Excel modeling, and data visualization platforms. You will translate complex data into clear recommendations, document standard operating procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement culture across the supply chain organization. Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory targets to support production scheduling
- Analyze supplier performance, lead times, and procurement costs to drive renegotiations and supplier development plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, production planning, and logistics, ensuring on-time delivery
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators KPIs for stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and support implementation of ERP-assisted optimization initiatives
- Support root-cause analysis for stockouts, excess inventory, or transport delays and implement corrective actions
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or procurement, preferably in manufacturing
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel; experience with SQL or data visualization a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; able to work with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive process improvements
