Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end order processing, including entry, monitoring, expediting, and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing proactive status updates to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities, create purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
  • Develop and maintain production and material plans in collaboration with production teams to meet service levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and coordinate with warehousing for accurate stock records.
  • Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to optimize shipping routes, lead times, and cost-to-serve.
  • Analyze supply chain data, track KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, order cycle time), and implement process improvements.

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, purchasing, or planning roles.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Malay language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, vendor management, and logistics operations.
