In this role, you will visit schools and cafeteria facilities in Surakarta and surrounding areas, engage with school administrators (TU, teachers, or principals), and obtain permission to conduct program-related surveys. Responsibility
- Conduct on-site surveys at schools and school canteens to collect accurate location and facility data.
- Engage with school staff (administration, teachers, or principals) to obtain permissions and coordinate survey timing.
- Document findings using standardized forms and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Travel to assigned survey locations within Surakarta and nearby areas as required.
- Collaborate with project teams to align survey scope with program objectives and timelines.
- Prepare concise, well-structured reports summarizing survey results and observations.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, privacy considerations, and safety guidelines during fieldwork.
- Maintain organized records, files, and digital backups for audit readiness.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education students are welcome.
- Willingness to travel within Surakarta and surrounding areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact respectfully with school staff.
- Basic numeracy and measurement skills; attention to detail for accurate data collection.
- Comfort using mobile devices or survey tools to record information.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a field setting.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Prior experience in surveying, data collection, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
