In this newly elevated Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Manager role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy for clinical and healthcare domains from our Taguig hub, aligning talent plans with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, building diverse pipelines for physician, nursing, clinical operations, research, and healthcare support roles. Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for clinical and healthcare roles, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs, build proactive pipelines, and drive diversity and inclusion within hiring practices.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional, clinical, and healthcare operations positions, ensuring a superior candidate experience.
- Develop data-driven processes, metrics, and dashboards to optimize time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience across regions.
- Manage recruiting operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
- Mentor and lead a team of recruiters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development opportunities; manage vendor/RPO partnerships as needed.
- Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and business leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with workforce strategy while strengthening employer branding.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Masterβs in HR, Business, or Life Sciences preferred.
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years in healthcare/clinical recruitment and 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven success hiring for senior-level and specialized clinical roles; demonstrated ability to build and manage talent pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics; proficient in data-driven decision making and compliance with Philippines labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional and multi-site teams, with ability to coach and develop staff.
- Professional certifications such as PHR/SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
