Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
- Enhance employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure HR compliance and regulatory adherence
- Manage HRIS system efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Sprout
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
