Fei Fah Medical Manufacturing Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Talent & Culture Manager to lead our people strategy in Singapore. As the Talent & Culture Manager, you will own the design and execution of talent development, performance management, succession planning, and culture initiatives. You will collaborate with operations to ensure workforce stability, safety, and employee well-being while delivering measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness. Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with business goals to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
- Drive an engaging, high-performance culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Partner with leadership to optimize organizational design, workforce planning, and safety programs in a manufacturing environment.
- Implement data-driven HR analytics to monitor turnover, engagement, and workforce capability, and report insights to senior management.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR programs and people processes.
- Lead coaching and development of managers to improve people leadership capabilities across the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD/SHRM considered a plus).
- 5+ years of HR experience, with preference for those in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven track record leading Talent & Culture initiatives, including performance management and employee engagement.
- Extensive knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills; ability to operate with credibility at all levels of the organization.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with operations, safety, and finance.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle SuccessFactors or equivalent).
- Demonstrated leadership capability, people development mindset, and strong ethical standards.
