ResultsCX is seeking a driven Talent Scout to join our expanding team in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. In this high-volume recruitment role, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for customer support, operations, and related roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent that fuels our fast-paced business. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. You will leverage your knowledge of local talent pools, social platforms, and community networks to build a robust network of qualified candidates ready to meet our client needs. Your work will directly impact service quality, agent performance, and customer satisfaction.

As a Talent Scout, you will manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct initial phone or video screens to assess fit, and coordinate interviews and assessments. You will maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, produce timely progress updates for hiring managers, and measure recruiting metrics such as time to fill and quality of hire. You will collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and adherence to local compliance. You will continuously improve the candidate journey and employer branding by collecting feedback and sharing best practices.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end high-volume recruitment for designated client groups and meet time-to-fill targets.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, campus outreach, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video screens to assess fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, arrange assessments, and manage schedules.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate reports on key recruiting metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies.
  • Partner with HR and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a BPO or contact center.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics; ability to generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social networks.
  • Understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for candidate experience.
