Join 10k Concrete Mix Specialist Inc, a leading provider in the building materials industry, as a Team Lead in Ortigas, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will steer a dynamic outbound sales team within a fast-paced BPO telecom environment, guiding efforts to exceed targets, drive revenue, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes, optimize scripts, and implement data-driven coaching that uplifts performance across the board.
As a people-first leader, you will recruit, onboard, and develop agents, establish clear KPIs, monitor performance dashboards, and provide timely feedback and coaching. Your hands-on approach will ensure disciplined execution of outbound campaigns, effective pipeline management, and accurate forecasting to support business growth. This position combines strategic thinking with day-to-day leadership, coaching, and accountability to achieve both team and company objectives.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage a high-performing outbound sales team to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced BPO telecom environment.
- Coach, mentor, and develop agents through structured performance plans and regular feedback.
- Design and refine sales processes, scripts, and outbound campaigns to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and resource planning to support growth objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent; oversee performance reviews and career development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across all interactions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; proven experience in sales leadership or contact center management.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales with a track record of hitting targets in a BPO/telecom environment.
- Strong coaching, leadership, and people-management skills with a focus on development and retention.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvement plans.
- Ability to manage multiple shifts, handle a high-velocity workload, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in English; comfortable working in Ortigas, Metro Manila, Philippines.
