Responsibility
- Translate hardware specifications and technical research into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to define go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to prioritize feature roadmaps and enhancements.
- Create compelling product briefs, datasheets, technical documentation, demonstrations, and training materials for internal and external audiences.
- Support product lifecycle management of hardware-related offerings from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to measure product success and drive data-driven decisions.
- Provide training and enablement to the sales team, including pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation in internal systems (CRM, Jira, Confluence).
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, technical product specialization, or sales enablement, preferably with hardware or technology products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify technical content for non-technical audiences.
- Experience conducting market research, customer interviews, data analysis, and translating findings into requirements.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle, Agile or Scrum, Jira/Confluence, and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive collaborator with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and technical documentation.
