Responsibility
- Develop training materials and programs for technical technicians
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops
- Evaluate the progress and performance of trainees
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians
- Maintain training records and documentation
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Prior experience in the semiconductor industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in training and development is a plus
