Technician

CCK Group is seeking a dedicated Technician to join our manufacturing and logistics operations in Kuching, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and quick problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize production uptime. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Technician, you will perform routine checks on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, assist with preventive maintenance, and participate in basic repairs. You will inspect equipment, calibrate instruments, record actions, and communicate issues clearly to supervisors and engineers. Your work will support multiple production lines, ensure quality standards are met, and help sustain efficient operations across the site. You will also engage in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to optimize processes and reduce waste.
