Prime@Technology Specialists, Inc. is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our skilled fabrication team in Santa Maria, Bulacan. As our TIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding tasks across diverse projects, reading and interpreting blueprints, and producing clean, code-compliant welds. You will work with stainless steel and aluminum, manage filler metals, and fine-tune parameters to achieve optimum penetration, bead shape, and weld integrity. You’ll collaborate closely with the fabrication and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and defect-free components.

Responsibility
- Prepare and set up TIG welding equipment, including the GTAW torch, power source, shielding gas, and accessories to ensure clean, consistent welds.
- Weld stainless steel and aluminum components according to project drawings and welding procedures, achieving required penetration and bead shape.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and BOMs to determine joint configurations and welding sequence.
- Tack, assemble, and complete welds; verify fit-up and adjust as needed to maintain tight tolerances.
- Inspect welds visually and with basic measurement tools; document results and address any defects or rework needs.
- Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot welding equipment; perform routine preventive maintenance and report issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and quality guidelines to protect yourself and teammates.
- Collaborate with fabrication, QA, and production teams to meet project timelines and quality targets.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a TIG welder, with demonstrated proficiency in welding stainless steel and aluminum.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of filler metals, shielding gas selection, and parameter adjustments for high-quality welds.
- Strong attention to detail, steady hand, and commitment to precision.
- Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, rulers) and basic non-destructive testing concepts.
- Safety-conscious with a reliable work ethic and ability to follow procedures in a manufacturing setting.
- Bonus: AWS or local welding certifications is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; reliability and punctuality are essential.
