Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize creative marketing campaigns for TikTok and Shopee to maximize sales and brand awareness.
- Manage and update product listings with engaging content, visuals, and pricing strategies on Shopee.
- Create, film, and edit short-form video content tailored for TikTok to increase audience engagement and followers.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, track sales trends, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate promotions, launches, and product availability.
- Engage with online customers through comments and direct messages, maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest e-commerce and social media trends.
- Identify and experiment with new strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition on each platform.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Shopee and/or TikTok marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices on both TikTok and Shopee platforms.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and performance metrics in e-commerce and social media environments.
- Creative, resourceful, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within tight deadlines.
- Good command of English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
