Join Lumina Travel Co., a premium travel brand reshaping how explorers experience Barcelona and beyond. We’re seeking a Tourism Experience Specialist who elevates every client interaction—from itinerary design to on-ground support—delivering unforgettable moments for diverse travelers.
As a core member of our concierge and sales teams, you’ll blend local insight with premium service standards, ensuring personalized journeys that align with guests’ interests and budgets.
You’ll work closely with suppliers, guides, and frontline staff to curate seamless experiences, manage reservations, and respond to guests with warmth and efficiency.
Responsibility
- Design and curate bespoke itineraries for diverse clients, balancing interests, time, and budget.
- Provide concierge-level support before, during, and after trips to ensure flawless experiences.
- Collaborate with hotels, tour operators, and guides to secure premium access and exclusive perks.
- Recommend destination experiences based on guest data and feedback to drive repeat bookings.
- Manage reservations, confirmations, and payments with accuracy and transparency.
- Deliver proactive, multilingual customer service to international guests.
- Contribute to content creation for destination guides and product descriptions to boost conversions.
Qualification
- 2+ years in tourism, travel concierge, or guest services in premium brands.
- Excellent knowledge of Barcelona and surrounding regions; strong destination expertise.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages (e.g., French, German) a plus.
- Proven sales and upselling ability with a guest-centric approach.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and booking platforms; tech-savvy and data-driven.
- Eligible to work in Spain and able to commute to central Barcelona.
