In this role, you will collaborate with local partners, design compelling itineraries, and ensure first-class guest experiences from inquiry to post-trip follow-up. This is a full-time on-site position in Honolulu with opportunities for growth.
Responsibility
- Design and curate unforgettable island itineraries in collaboration with local partners.
- Guide and support clients from inquiry through post-trip follow-up, ensuring outstanding service.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, tour operators, and activity suppliers.
- Manage bookings, payments, and documentation with accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements to raise NPS.
- Collaborate with marketing to create appealing destination content and promotions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Honolulu attractions, events, and seasonal offerings.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in travel/tourism operations or guest services.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Hawaii’s destinations and cultural etiquette.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and booking platforms; strong data accuracy.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-site in Honolulu.
