We are seeking a results-driven Tourism Marketing Lead to amplify our brand, grow partnerships, and deliver unforgettable itineraries for travelers from around the world. This role blends strategy, product development, and team leadership to drive sustainable growth in a dynamic, guest-centric environment.

In this position, you will own the marketing calendar, drive multi-channel campaigns, and lead partnerships with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and local attractions. You will collaborate with product and operations to refine itineraries, ensure top-quality guest experiences, and optimize revenue through data-informed decisions.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and events to attract new visitors and increase bookings.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and local attractions to expand distribution and co-create memorable experiences.
  • Design compelling itineraries and experiences in Barcelona and Catalonia that align with brand standards and guest expectations.
  • Lead a cross-functional team including content creators, designers, and sales to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and experiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, CRM data, and attribution models; provide actionable insights and optimize ROI.
  • Own the content calendar, producing SEO-friendly blog posts, guides, and multimedia that boost organic visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance across all tours and activities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in tourism, travel, or hospitality marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or Catalan is highly desirable.
  • Proven skills in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, CRM, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
