VistaPath Travel is seeking a results-driven Tourism Marketing Specialist to join our Barcelona team. You will shape and execute marketing initiatives that showcase Spain's most sought-after experiences to diverse travelers worldwide. This role blends creativity with data-driven decision making to maximize bookings, brand affinity, and guest satisfaction.

As part of our dynamic marketing squad, you will collaborate with product, content, and partner networks to craft compelling campaigns across digital channels, email, and experiential promotions.

Responsibility

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, partnerships) to drive bookings and awareness for Spain-focused experiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM data, and attribution models; report insights to stakeholders and optimize budgets.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce compelling assets, blog posts, destination guides, and promotional offers.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with tour operators, hotels, and local partners to develop co-marketing initiatives.
  • Lead local market research to identify traveler trends, competitive landscape, and new destination opportunities.
  • Coordinate with product and operations to ensure seamless customer journey from discovery to booking and post-trip feedback.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel marketing.
  • Proven success in digital marketing, SEO, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, attribution, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
