Job description

Join ByteDance as a Training and Communications Program Manager in the Ethics Office, where we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct across our global business. In this role you will own the end to end design, development, and delivery of training programs and communications for our third party associates, ensuring clear understanding of ByteDance policies and expectations.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, HR, Procurement and Communications teams to create scalable learning experiences, including live workshops, e learning modules, short videos, job aids and on demand intranet content. You will design compelling onboarding journeys for new third party partners and ongoing refreshers to keep content current with evolving regulatory requirements and ByteDance policy updates. Your work will be measured by engagement metrics, knowledge retention, completion rates and demonstrated changes in behavior that strengthen ethical culture.

As a program owner, you will manage calendars, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross functional collaboration to deliver timely, high quality content that resonates with diverse audiences across Singapore and other regions. Responsibility

  • Lead end to end creation of training programs for third party associates, including scoping, design, development, testing, and rollout.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Legal, Compliance, HR, Procurement and Communications to ensure content accuracy and policy alignment.
  • Manage learning content across formats including live workshops, e learning modules, microlearning videos, and job aids; coordinate with internal and external vendors.
  • Build and maintain program calendars, project plans, budgets, and vendor contracts; track progress and measure ROI and engagement.
  • Implement a measurement framework with metrics such as completion rates, knowledge checks, and feedback to continuously improve programs; report insights to leadership.
  • Ensure accessibility, localization, and multilingual support to reach diverse regional audiences while maintaining compliance with data privacy and information security standards.
  • Drive change communications and awareness campaigns to promote ethical conduct and policy adoption among third party partners.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, learning and development, business, law or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-7 years of experience in training program management, preferably in technology, media or multinational environments.
  • Experience with e learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate and with LMS platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences including third party associates.
  • Project management experience with budget, timeline and vendor management; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of corporate ethics, compliance training, data privacy and information security standards.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements; collaborative and cross cultural.
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
