PERSOL is seeking a highly motivated Transaction Services professional to join our Infrastructure team, focusing on Southeast Asia. This full-time position is based in Singapore’s Central Region and offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading clients on due diligence mandates, grow your professional network, and expand your expertise in M&A transactions. You will be at the forefront of infrastructure deals across dynamic SE Asia markets, supporting strategic business development goals and driving the expansion of our transaction capabilities.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage due diligence mandates for major infrastructure transactions in Southeast Asia.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Provide analytical support and strategic insights for M&A deals, including financial modeling and risk assessments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and deliverables.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s infrastructure transaction services offering.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch documents, presentations, and client proposals.
- Stay current with market trends and regulatory developments impacting the infrastructure sector in SE Asia.
- Represent PERSOL at industry events to enhance corporate visibility and network with potential stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in transaction services, M&A, project finance, or consulting, preferably within infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of due diligence processes, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Proven track record managing complex transactions and client engagements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, multicultural environments across Southeast Asia.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a Southeast Asian language is a plus.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are highly advantageous.
