As a Truck Driver, you will be entrusted with the safe operation of company vehicles, proper loading and unloading of cargo, and meticulous documentation to ensure accurate records. The role requires adherence to company policies, routine vehicle inspections, and exemplary customer service. You will collaborate closely with our dispatch team to optimize routes, maintain optimal delivery times, and uphold our commitment to safety and quality in every shipment. This position is based in Tuktukan, Bulacan with potential regional responsibilities as the business expands.

Responsibility
- Safely operate company trucks to deliver chemical products to customers on assigned routes with a focus on onātime performance.
- Plan routes in coordination with dispatch, optimize travel time, and maintain compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct preātrip and postātrip vehicle inspections; report and address any mechanical issues promptly; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Load and unload cargo following safety protocols; ensure proper cargo securing to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, fuel and mileage records, and complete delivery paperwork as required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers; address inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and provide professional customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements related to transporting chemicals.
Qualification
- Valid professional driverās license (heavy vehicle) and a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience; familiarity with Bulacan routes is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform preātrip/postātrip inspections.
- Strong cargo securement skills and adherence to safety protocols, including basic spill prevention and safety awareness.
- Excellent time management, route planning, and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
- Good communication and customer service skills; able to work collaboratively with dispatch and customers.
- Physically capable of loading/unloading cargo and performing repetitive lifting; flexible to work additional hours if needed.
