Job description
We are seeking a talented UI UX Designer to join our product team in Berlin. You will shape delightful user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from concept through delivery. This role bridges user research, interaction design, and visual polish to create intuitive and accessible interfaces.
As part of a cross functional squad, you will partner with product, engineering, and research to deliver impactful design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibility
- Lead UI UX design across product areas from research to high fidelity prototyping
- Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive flows and interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to validate ideas
- Create and maintain design systems, components, and style guides
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights into design iterations
- Advocate accessible and responsive design across devices
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in UI UX design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and impact
- Proficiency with Figma or similar tools
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field or equivalent
