Responsibility
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system, including components, tokens, and accessibility guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and iterate designs to improve key metrics.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, delightful user experiences.
- Advocate for accessible, inclusive design and accessibility best practices.
- Collaborate with researchers to incorporate user insights into product strategy.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and storytelling.
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking.
- Proficiency with Figma; experience with Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces across web and mobile, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and design tokens; ability to contribute to system documentation.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end constraints to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
- Portfolio demonstrating process: research, ideation, testing, iteration, and measurable outcomes.
