We are urgently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Work Avenue And Business Solutions Incorporated in Angeles City, Pampanga. This onsite role offers a competitive salary of ₱23,000 to ₱25,000 per month, with opportunities for growth and development.
We welcome high school graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience. This role entails working fixed night shifts with weekends and US holidays off.
Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide excellent service and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Update customer information in the database
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
