Responsibility
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments; verify quantities and condition against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Unload, sort, and store goods in the appropriate warehouse locations to optimize space and accessibility.
- Prepare and pick orders for production or shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system; conduct regular cycle counts.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (manual pallet jacks, trolleys); assist with forklift operation if certified and allowed.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and documentation for outbound shipments.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy items and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems or data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and documentation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team player with effective communication and reliability; proactive and trustworthy.
- Safety-conscious with basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE usage.
