As a Service Crew member, you will welcome guests, take orders, assist with meal service, maintain a clean and inviting dining area, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will handle beverage preparation, station setup, and stock replenishment, and you will participate in daily side work to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, high-quality service.
- Take orders accurately and relay to the kitchen or bar for preparation.
- Serve meals and beverages, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area and service stations.
- Assist kitchen staff during peak hours and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely using the POS system.
- Restock supplies, manage side work, and help with closing duties to prepare for next shift.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or food service experience is a plus.
- Previous experience as service crew, waitstaff, or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads.
- Strong teamwork mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
