Vapebay is a forward-thinking retailer in the vape industry, operating since 2019. We are looking for a dedicated Vape Sales Associate to join our Bandung team and help customers find products that fit their lifestyle.
As a Vape Sales Associate, you will be the face of Vapebay in-store, greeting guests, answering questions, and providing confident recommendations on devices, e-liquids, and accessories. You will demonstrate product usage, explain safety guidelines, and ensure compliance with local regulations. You will manage the point-of-sale experience, handle transactions accurately, and process returns with courtesy.
Success in this role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and a passion for vaping. You will stay up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and industry trends to offer customers best-fit solutions. You will also assist with merchandising, inventory checks, and store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment.

Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store environment for every guest.
- Assist customers with selecting vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories based on needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product usage, safety features, and proper maintenance; educate customers on risks and regulations.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the POS, handle cash and card payments, and manage receipts.
- Maintain attractive product displays, update shelves, and execute merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, support stock replenishment, and participate in regular stock checks.
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and collect feedback for product improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and store management to meet sales targets and uphold Vapebay standards.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Strong numerical ability and basic POS skills.
- Must be a current vape user with knowledge of devices, e-liquids, and safety considerations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Passionate about vaping, customer service, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills; flexible schedule including weekends.
