Join BFI Finance Indonesia as a Verificator (Surveyor) at our Madiun branch. You will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of motor vehicle collateral contracts for personal accounts, ensuring compliance from the moment of booking through ongoing lifecycle monitoring.
As part of our field operations team, you will conduct on-site verifications, capture asset condition data, and document details in our loan management system. Your insights will support sound lending decisions, robust risk controls, and a superior customer experience.

Responsibility
- Verify and maintain the lifecycle of motor/vehicle collateral contracts for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform on-site inspections of vehicles, capture photos, record mileage and condition, and update collateral data in the system.
- Validate client information and supporting documents; resolve discrepancies in partnership with sales, risk, and operations teams.
- Monitor contract status, renewals, and readiness for disbursement; identify and escalate potential risks promptly.
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient loan processing.
- Maintain data integrity in CRM/loan management systems with timely, accurate updates and reporting.
- Prepare daily activity reports and performance metrics; contribute to process improvements and risk controls.
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience in verification or field operations.
- Experience as a surveyor, verifier, or field agent in auto lending, asset-based finance, or related sectors is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to assess risk and contract compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; capable of professional interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to Madiun and surrounding areas; comfortable working in field environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM or loan management software.
- High integrity, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information securely.
