Gurita Lintas Samudera is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vessel Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting ship data into our ERP system, ensuring the smooth operation of our maritime logistics processes.
Responsibility
- Accurately input vessel data into the ERP system
- Verify and update information to maintain data integrity
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of shipping records
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely data entry
- Identify and report any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data
Qualification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in maritime logistics or data entry is a plus
