This full-time Virtual Assistant (Operations Support) role is designed to relieve Account Managers from routine administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on strategic client-facing work. As the operational backbone of our client delivery team, you will handle day-to-day support activities, data entry, calendar coordination, and organized communications that keep projects running smoothly.
Based in Metro Manila, you will collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery of client commitments. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help streamline workflows, maintain accurate records in our CRM, prepare client-ready materials, and manage travel or scheduling arrangements as needed. Responsibility
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate reminders for Account Managers across time zones
- Handle email inboxes, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare client-facing materials, proposals, and meeting agendas
- Enter and maintain data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Process travel arrangements and expense reporting when needed
- Generate simple reports and dashboards to track operational metrics
- Coordinate cross-team communications to support project delivery
Qualification
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support professional
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and strong collaboration skills
