Renesas Electronics is seeking a skilled Wafer Fab Process Engineer to join our semiconductor wafer fabrication team in Bay, Laguna. As a key member of our operation, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and ensuring the quality of our analog and mixed signal products.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements for wafer fabrication
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Conduct experiments and tests to validate process changes
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with wafer fabrication equipment and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
