Responsibility

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and system updates
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and correct delivery of materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the warehouse
  • Prepare and review logistics documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents
  • Analyze and report on inventory accuracy and logistics performance, proposing improvements as needed
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and digital warehouse systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, delivery delays, and logistics claims

Qualification

  • At least a Diploma or relevant certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control (fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided)
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in a warehouse context
  • Fluency in English; other language skills are a plus
