In this role you will help receive and process goods, ensure accurate stock levels, and prepare orders for dispatch. You will work with RF scanning and inventory systems to record transactions and maintain up to date product location data. You will help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality, recording variances as needed.
- Move and store items in proper locations to maintain organized inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with accurate labeling.
- Use RF scanners and inventory software to transact stock and update records.
- Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with safety guidelines (training provided).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items; capable of standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with warehouse software; RF scanning experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast paced setting.
- Team player with good communication and willingness to learn.
