TempServ Pte Ltd is actively recruiting for Warehouse Assistants to support electronics manufacturing operations in Woodlands. This is a full-time role on 12-hour shifts, offering a competitive salary, overtime pay, and shift allowances. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic logistics and production team, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and finished goods to meet production schedules. You will collaborate with procurement, production, and shipping teams to support just-in-time materials and meticulous inventory control, helping to maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy across the warehouse.

Responsibility
- Receive, store, and manage incoming materials and components for electronics manufacturing.
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for production lines and outbound shipments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system.
- Prepare daily shipments and handle related logistics documentation.
- Maintain 5S standards and ensure a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate light warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) and report any equipment issues promptly.
- Provide just-in-time material support to production lines and coordinate with cross-functional teams during handovers.
- Assist with data entry, quality checks, and error correction to ensure correct part numbers and lot traceability.
Qualification
- Minimum of a secondary education qualification (O-Levels/ITE) or equivalent.
- 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with ERP/WMS systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physically fit to perform warehouse duties and able to work 12-hour shifts on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities; proactive and safety-conscious.
- Eligible to work in Singapore and willing to relocate to or travel within the islandwide transport area if required.
- Reliable, punctual, and with a positive service mindset.
