This hands-on role focuses on the safe receipt, storage and dispatch of pharmaceutical products while strictly following SOPs and GMP guidelines. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will contribute to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and timely movement of goods. You will work closely with warehousing colleagues and the broader supply chain team to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment.

Responsibility

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming pharmaceutical goods following SOPs
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
  • Label, stage, and organize stock in designated locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
  • Support shipping preparation and coordinate with logistics providers
  • Uphold workplace safety, cleanliness, and GMP-compliant procedures
  • Utilize warehouse management systems and barcode scanning to update stock data

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or pharma experience preferred
  • Basic math skills and comfortable with data entry
