APEX Pharma is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our logistics team in the East Region. This hands-on role focuses on the safe receipt, storage and dispatch of pharmaceutical products while strictly following SOPs and GMP guidelines. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will contribute to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and timely movement of goods. You will work closely with warehousing colleagues and the broader supply chain team to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment.
We welcome reliable team players with good communication, basic math and data-entry skills, and the physical stamina to perform daily warehouse tasks. Prior experience in a warehouse or pharmaceutical setting is helpful but not required, as comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed.
During your shift, you will be exposed to activities such as accurate data entry, cycle counting, picking and packing with attention to detail, and preparing orders for shipping. You will also operate basic warehouse equipment following safety protocols and use barcode scanning to update stock records in our warehouse management system. Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming pharmaceutical goods following SOPs
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
- Label, stage, and organize stock in designated locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
- Support shipping preparation and coordinate with logistics providers
- Uphold workplace safety, cleanliness, and GMP-compliant procedures
- Utilize warehouse management systems and barcode scanning to update stock data
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve processes
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or pharma experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfortable with data entry
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with warehouse software or ERP/WMS is a plus
