Responsibility

  • Receive, inspect, and put away incoming stock; verify quantities against packing lists and purchase orders.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and perform regular cycle counts.
  • Load and unload goods, assist with material handling, and ensure proper storage of items.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; comply with safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, urgent orders, and stock issues.
  • Assist with returns processing, damaged goods handling, and quality checks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy with experience using WMS and barcode scanning.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good numeracy and organizational skills.
  • Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 25–30 kg with or without assistance.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; reliable and punctual.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and PPE usage; ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Familiarity with inventory control and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
