Ten-League Corporations Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Assistant / Executive to join our logistics team in Tuas. In this role you will be the backbone of daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods move smoothly from receipt to dispatch. Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming goods; verify quantities against purchase orders and system records.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch; ensure accurate labeling and documentation for shipping.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records in the ERP system.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate daily with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve discrepancies in stock levels.
- Handle packing lists, delivery orders, and other warehousing paperwork with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with loading/unloading activities and stock movements as needed, while upholding safety and quality controls.
Qualification
- Minimum secondary education; relevant warehousing or logistics experience is preferred.
- Basic numeracy and data-entry skills; ability to read labels, orders, and invoices accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical capability to perform light to moderate manual handling and long periods of standing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and basic inventory management systems is a plus.
