As a Warehouse Associate, you will support day-to-day operations across receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping while upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service.
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods to designated locations with accuracy
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet SLA requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment (where certified) such as forklift and pallet jack
- Maintain accurate inventory using our WMS and RF scanning systems
- Prepare shipments, label products, and coordinate with carriers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety policies
- Support cycle counts and regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more of warehousing or distribution experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills; experience with WMS/ERP preferred
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
