GlobalLink Logistics is hiring a detail oriented Warehouse Associate to join our night shift team in Plano, Texas. This role is essential for receiving, storing, and distributing goods in a fast paced distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate you will work under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory, precise order fulfillment, and timely shipments to customers.

Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against packing lists and purchase orders
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and compliant manner
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Maintain organized storage locations and keep work areas clean to meet 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and resolve issues
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to learn WMS and RF scanning
- Basic computer skills and ability to read shipping documents
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
