Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming goods with accuracy
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet quality standards
- Manage cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment following safety guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with warehousing and transportation teams to meet delivery windows
- Utilize ERP/WMS systems to document transactions and track inventory
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
