Join NovaFlex Logistics as a Warehouse Associate in Atlanta, GA. This dynamic role supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order selection, packing and shipping, and cycle counting. In this role you will work with a fast paced team to ensure accurate inventory control, safe material handling, and on time order fulfillment. Training on our ERP system and RF scanning will be provided.
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Accurately store items in designated locations and update inventory records
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet customer requirements
- Prepare shipments, label parcels, and coordinate outbound logistics
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct cycle counts and support quarterly physical inventories
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with safety policies
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Team player with good communication and time management
- Availability for multiple shifts including occasional weekends
