As a Warehouse Associate you will play a key role in receiving, storing, and distributing goods to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.
Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Perform put-away and organization to optimize storage and picking efficiency.
- Pick and pack orders with attention to accuracy and speed.
- Load outbound shipments and prepare items for shipping using appropriate equipment.
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and RF scanning devices following safety protocols.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; adhere to OSHA and company policies.
Qualification
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; strong numerical literacy.
- 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8+ hours, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Experience with inventory systems and RF scanners; basic computer skills.
- Forklift certification preferred; training available for right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and safety-conscious mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends if required.
