Responsibility
- Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments following standard operating procedures.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately to ensure correct item and quantity fulfillment.
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks; forklift certification preferred) and assist in loading outbound shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system updates in the WMS.
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to safety policies and 5S principles.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment; forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with good numerical aptitude for inventory tasks.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn WMS and RF scanner technologies.
