Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store inventory accurately in the warehouse management system
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse devices to update inventory in real time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with SOPs
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
- Coordinate with inventory control and transportation teams to meet deadlines
- Adapt to changing priorities and support team with flexibility
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year minimum experience in warehousing or distribution
- Basic math and strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
