Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments; report discrepancies to supervisor.
- Accurately pick, pack, label, and ship orders according to picking lists and customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment (that you are certified for) in a safe and compliant manner.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas; adhere to 5S principles and safety policies.
- Perform cycle counts and participate in annual inventory audits.
- Update inventory records in the WMS/RF scanner system and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional teams to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehousing experience preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely and legally (certifications preferred).
- Experience with RF scanners, WMS, and order picking processes.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexibility including mornings, evenings, weekends as needed.
