As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of our distribution center, ensuring efficient receiving, put-away, storage, and shipping of goods. You will work closely with inventory systems and cross-functional teams to deliver stellar service to customers.
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; verify quantities and quality.
- Sort, store, and organize inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately; prepare items for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack; forklift if certified) and conduct routine safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners and the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Perform cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliation to reduce discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean and safe; adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- 1+ year of warehouse experience; forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic computer literacy; experience with RF scanners and WMS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with good communication and time-management abilities.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
