Responsibility
- Receive, store, and stock goods in the warehouse using ERP/WMS and RF scanner technology.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for outbound shipping with accuracy and speed.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certified where required), and other standard warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct quality checks, verify quantities, and report any discrepancies to supervision.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces; adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control through cycle counts and regular reconciliation.
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily deadlines and performance metrics.
- Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills; experience with WMS/RF scanning is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication; flexible to work various shifts.
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of proper lifting techniques; forklift certification is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
