As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving shipments, locating and stocking inventory, picking orders, packing goods, and preparing items for shipment. We value reliability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting.
Responsibility
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments using standard warehouse processes.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control to maintain accuracy.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping according to pick lists.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklift (certifications preferred) to move goods safely.
- Ensure proper staging of items and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Use warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP to record product movement and transactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by following standard operating procedures and reporting issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse team and other departments to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred.
- Prior experience with order picking, packing, and shipping in a distribution environment.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology: WMS, RF scanners, ERP systems.
- Ability to operate forklift (certified) and pallet jack; training provided if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good math and measurement skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for long periods; willingness to work flexible hours including overtime if needed.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and reliability; safety-focused and committed to following procedures.
- Availability to work a consistent shift; weekend availability a plus.
