BluePeak Distribution is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Dallas, TX distribution center. You will contribute to every step of the order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping products to customers. Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and store inbound goods in a timely and accurate manner.
- Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipping according to pick lists and customer requirements.
- Operate RF scanners and the warehouse management system to track inventory and transactions.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate inbound/outbound documentation and records.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, pallets, and containers.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certification is a plus.
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Proficient with basic computer use and familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; able to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Forklift certification is a plus; not required for consideration.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
